No. However we recommend a budget starting at around £2000 for clothng/seasonal wardrobe to make the service worthwhile.
No. We insist on getting to know our clients before we begin styling because this is how we get the best results. Ideally this happens face to face but if necessary, it can be via phone/skype and email. This process is important as we need detailed information about each new client before we start sourcing clothing for your new style, and gathering garments in one convenient location.
Yes. We are happy to travel within the M25, by whatever means (Car or Public Transport) to provide our service. Travel to locations outside this is chargeable at our transport rates.
Our service is designed to offer you the ultimate convenice and we aim to save you the time and hassle involved in visiting multiple stores. In most cases, this means we source and present you with your selection of garments in either our Richmond studio, or at your own home. We do however have access to private/VIP styling suites at a number of London's premium retailers, should a store visit be required. Depedning on the client's requirements, visits to specialist boutiques or designer's ateliers, may also be appropriate.
Yes. Our nominated charitiy is SPEAR, a charity supporting homelessness. Our clients are able to support our efforts if they wish by donating any unwanted clothes.
Yes. We have very carefully chosen alterations tailors. Your stylist is well trained in pinning and alterations but we leave the handy work to our pre-vetted and experienced tailors.
Yes. We can assist you with repairs to shoes, handbags, jewellery and clothing. All of our repairs are carried out by vetted and tested outside suppliers.
No we don't; However this is subject to change at any time.
Yes, but we do charge travel rates and this must be by prior appointment. Time spent travelling is payable as per our half day and full day rates plus the cost of travel. Trains are charged at 1st class rates and airfare by business class rates.

We advise mainly on clothing, footwear, jewellery, and accessories but can also guide you on hair, make-up and skin care. For more specialist advice in these areas, we work with top industry, skin specialists, hairdressers and make up artists whose services we can incorpoate into your styling package. We can also assist you with eye wear.
The shops that we source from are unique to each client and their style, requirements and budget. We draw on our deep knowledge of available brands and work both online and across the range of London's shopping destinations, from large retailers and specialist/independent boutiques, tailoring purchases to meet a client's individual needs.
